Everyone deserves a job they love. Makers Academy re-trains people as software developers, then help them find that job.
You deserve a job you love. We’ve got one for you.
Makers is increasing the number of apprentices we’re training under our Apprenticeships umbrella and the types of qualifications we’ll be offering too! You’re going to join our team as the main person responsible for Quality Assurance and Compliance.
You’ll be working with all of our clients (Apprentices and Employers) along with internal teams to ensure we’re fully compliant with all aspects of our sales and operations. You’ll have full autonomy to reason with everyone on what needs to be updated and changed. You’re creative and have great attention to detail. You demonstrate this by showing us why in your application. You’re collaborative yet autonomous and enjoy being given clear targets and the freedom to develop your own tactics.
You can balance the needs of the industry and regulators with the needs of the internal teams who are trying to reinvent digital skills education. You’re an expert negotiator and can find simple solutions to superbly complex problems that might occur as multiple teams want to champion their way. You’re excited to form part of the solution; and you want a platform to accelerate your growth as a person and a professional.

We’re looking to grow our Apprenticeship team to help with our accelerated our growth. Our unique market position will allow us to grow the function and the team nationwide so there’s plenty of room for growth within the team.
